Inquiry Dashboard - The My Listings page now has two top-level tabs: My Listings and Inquiries. Switch to Inquiries to see every message sent about your listings, organized into Received and Sent sub-tabs with status indicators (pending, read, replied) and time-ago timestamps.
Threaded Replies - Listing owners and inquiry senders can now have a back-and-forth conversation directly on each inquiry. Open any inquiry to see the full thread, then type a reply at the bottom. Rate-limited to 5 replies per hour to prevent abuse.
Inquiry Detail Modal - Click any inquiry to open a full thread view showing the original message, all replies in chronological order, and a reply input. The modal auto-marks pending inquiries as "read" when the listing owner opens them.
Inquiry Badge - A new notification badge appears in the SoftPatch console header when you have pending inquiries. Polls every 30 seconds and links directly to the Inquiries tab. Disappears when you're all caught up.
Reply Notifications - When someone replies to an inquiry, the other party receives a MailCenter notification with the listing title and sender username, keeping both sides informed without leaving the platform.
Listing Mode - Gear and space listings can now be marked as "For Sale" or "For Rent." Sale listings display a fixed price, while rental listings use the same rate system as services (hourly, daily, weekly, project, or negotiable). Badges appear on listing cards, detail pages, and the user listings grid.
Gear Condition - Gear listings now include a condition rating: New, Like New, Good, Fair, or Rough. Condition badges appear on gear cards and detail pages so buyers and renters know what to expect.
Browse Filters - The Gear and Spaces browse pages now include a secondary filter bar below the category header. Filter by listing mode (For Sale, For Rent, or All) and price range. The Gear page also includes a condition filter. Price range inputs appear when a specific mode is selected and apply to the correct field (sale price or rental rate).
Vendor Map Markers (AAA) - Claimed vendors with inventory now appear on the SoftPatch map as red warehouse icons, rendered directly on the map canvas for smooth panning and zooming. Click any vendor marker to visit their store page.

Inquiry Status Tracking - Inquiry status now updates automatically: pending when first sent, read when the listing owner opens it, replied when the listing owner sends a reply. Status dots (amber, gray, green) give you a quick visual summary in the list view.
Listing Cards - Gear and space cards now display pricing information and mode badges alongside the existing category and location details. Sale listings show the price in emerald, rental listings show the rate range in blue.
Listing Detail Pages - Gear and space detail pages now feature a prominent pricing section between the title and description, showing the sale price or rental rate with a color-coded mode badge.
Create & Edit Forms - The listing create form and edit pages for gear and spaces now include listing mode selection, pricing inputs, and gear condition (gear only). Selecting "For Sale" shows a price field; selecting "For Rent" shows rate type, rate range, and public rate toggle.
API Filters - The listings API now accepts listing_mode, gear_condition, price_min, and price_max query parameters for server-side filtering.

Paid Membership Tiers - Working Pass ($8/mo) and AAA ($25/mo) are now available via Stripe Checkout. Each tier card shows accurate SoftPatch access — browse, listings, gear slots, and TourReady slots at a glance.

SoftPatch Changelog - Fixed the changelog page not loading on production due to a .vercelignore configuration issue.
Profile Avatar Upload - Fixed "bucket not found" error when uploading an avatar during SoftPatch profile completion.
Survey XP Reward - The 250 XP reward for completing the survey was not being awarded due to a database configuration issue. Now fixed.
Availability Calendar - Fixed a bug where viewing another user's profile showed your own availability calendar instead of theirs.
Discord Links - Replaced non-functional hardcoded Discord URLs in the SoftPatch Guide with links to the Help Center.

Experience Calculation - Profile experience now reflects how long you've been in the industry, not just the sum of individual gig durations. A touring LD with 20 years of intermittent tours now correctly shows "20 Years."
Availability Hidden by Default - Your availability calendar is now hidden on your public profile by default. Enable it in your profile settings when you're ready to share.
Cleaner Profiles - The credentials strip no longer shows an empty Credits card if you have no production credits.
Survey Redesign - The survey sidebar, persona cards, and thank-you page now use SoftPatch lime styling.
Tier Countdown Badge - Console header now shows days remaining on your membership with tier-appropriate colors. Turns red when expiring soon.
